Biodiesel has been produced in European Union since 1992 and the beginning of the large increases in bidodiesel production in Europe was 1993. In this moment there are approximately 40 plants mainly located in Germany, Italy, and France. European Union which is among to biodiesel produces and the total of production will being increased more than 2.4 million tons in 2005. European Union have being imported crude palm oils from Asian country because the price of palm oil is to cheapest than vegetable oil and soy oil. “Asian palm oil exporters could supply up 20% of the European Union biodiesel needs by 2010, as the bloc’s hastens steps to curb fossil fuel use and limit Greenhouse gas emissions. For this reason, America (USA) goverment giving subsidization for an oil 9 billion to 17 billion per year. Now American has an alternative source to the oil consumer, therefore America had been produced a biodiesel for their own usage. After many years of research and development, the first commercial unit was established by the company in December 2000. Since then additional projects have been completed by Biodiesel Industries with qualified joint venture partners in the United States and throughout the world. “Currently around 30 million gallon of biodiesel are produced in the year with a total potential biodiesel production capacity estimated at around 150 million gallons per year. More than 200 retail pumps have opened nationwide and biodiesel is still mostly used by centrally fuel fleets”.
